• Is JumboFiles.com free to use?
  All features of JumboFiles.com is 100% free.
  
  
• So what do I get for free?
  You get 500GB of online storage. You can upload as much as you want up to your 500GB limit.
  
  
• Do you have any type of download restrictions?
  - None at all!
  - Users from all countries are allowed to download and use all features of our site.
  - No restrictions on parallel downloads, you can download as many files as you want at the same time.
  - We do not have any download limits, ie. hourly/daily/etc.
  
  
• What is the max file size I can upload?
  Your files can be up to 1000MB and we allow split archives.
  
  
• How do I resume a broken download?
  Step 1: Copy/paste the link located below "Here is your personal download link" into your download manager
  Step 2: Use your download manager to resume your download
  Step 3: If you need to resume your download again, repeat the steps above
  
  
• How many times can a file be downloaded? How many files can I upload?
  Downloads are unlimited and uploads are unlimited up to your 500GB storage space.
  
  
• How can I upload multiple files at a time?
  After selecting your first file, click browse again to select another file.
  You can upload up to 10 files at a time.
  
  
• What is prohibited to upload?
  - Pornography (including child pornography)
  - Material you do not have permission to upload
  - Please check our terms of use for further details
  
  
• How do I delete a file I uploaded?
  Use the unique delete link that was provided to you after your upload finished.
  Alternatively, if you were logged in when uploading, you can delete it from your account area.
  
  
• How long will the file be stored?
  30 days since the date of last download.
  Images viewed and MP3 played on the download page counts as downloads.
  
  
• I lost the password to my account and the reset password feature is not working?
  Some emails from our server may be blocked or are being sent to the "junk mail" folders.
  Please check those folders and if you still do not see password reset instructions, contact us at support@jumbofiles.com
